成都市友好城市奖学金由成都市政府提供，以吸引更多的外国留学生来成都学习。
Chengdu Government Sister-Cities Scholarships, offered by Chengdu Municipal Government, are intended to attract more foreign students to study in Chengdu.
一、申请条件
I. Eligibility
1、持有外国国籍的友城学生，对华友好，身体健康。

2、遵守中国政府的法律法规，表现良好，符合申请学校的入学条件。
2. Applicants should observe the laws and regulations of Chinese Government, behave well and meet the admission requirements of host universities.
3、申请人的学历和年龄要求
3. Requirements on academic background and age
（1）申请人就读博士研究生，应具有硕士学位或相当学历，年龄不超过40岁。
① Any applicant for a doctoral degree must be under (or at) the age of 40 and have a master's degree or equivalent education level.
（2）申请人就读硕士研究生，应具有学士学位或相当学历，年龄不超过35岁。
② Any applicant for a master's degree must be under (or at) the age of 35 and have a bachelor's degree or equivalent education level.
（3）申请人就读本科生或专科生，应获得相当于中国高级中学毕业的学历或证书，年龄不超过25岁。
③ Any applicant for a undergraduate or 3-year college program, must be under (or at) the age of 25 and have a high school diploma or an equivalent certificate.
（4）申请非学历教育的交流学生，期限不少于三个月，须符合项目规定的有关条件。
④ Any applicant for a non-degree education program should study in Chengdu for at least three months, and he/she must meet the relevant requirements of the program.
（5）特别优秀者，年龄限制可适当放宽。
⑤ The age limits can be relaxed appropriately for exceptionally distinguished applicants.
4、学习态度端正，无违反校纪校规行为，成绩优良。
4. Applicants should have correct attitude towards study, have no infringement of school rules, and have achieved excellent academic results.
5、已获四川省外国留学生政府奖学金的外籍学生，不再具备成都市国际友好城市留学生政府奖学金的申请资格。
5. The foreign students who have been granted with Sichuan Provincial Government Scholarship for Foreign Students are not entitled to apply for Chengdu Government Sister-Cities Scholarship any more.
二、资助标准
II．Supporting Criteria
1、博士生：3万元/学年，期限不超过3学年。
1. Doctoral student: CNY 30,000/academic year and the duration shall not exceed 3 academic years.
2、硕士生：2.5万元人民币/学年，期限不超过3学年。
2. Master’s student: CNY 25,000/academic year and the duration shall not exceed 3 academic years.
3、本科生：2万元人民币/学年，期限不超过4学年。
3. Undergraduate student: CNY 20,000/academic year and the duration shall not exceed 3 academic years.
4、非学历教育的交流学生： 0.1万元人民币/人/月（累计最高不超过1万元/人，实行一次性奖励，从获奖年度计算，3年内不得重复申请）。
4. Exchange student for non-degree education program：CNY 1,000/person/month (The aggregate shall not exceed CNY 10,000/person, and will be granted at one time. The scholarship can’t be applied for repeatedly during the 3 years starting from the year when it is granted to the applicant).

III. Application Deadline
1、学历学生于每年春季学期申请，申请截止日期：6月30日。申请成功后，于秋季学期开始获得资助。
1. Degree students should lodge their applications in each spring semester. Deadline: June 30th. And the students will be granted with scholarships in fall semester if their applications have been approved.
2、非学历学生于春秋两季申请。春季学期申请截止日期：6月30日；秋季学期申请截止日期：12月30日。申请成功后于下一个学期开始获得资助。
2. Non-degree students should lodge their applications during in either spring or fall semester. Application deadline in spring semester: June 30th; application deadline in fall semester: December 30th. And the students will be granted with scholarships the next semester if their applications have been approved.

1、《成都市国际友好城市留学生政府奖学金申请表》。从网站http://www.sculx.cn/download.asp上下载。
1. Application Form for Chengdu Government Sister-Cities Scholarship. Please download the form from http://www.sculx.cn/download.asp.
2、《身份确认函》。从网站http://www.sculx.cn/download.asp上下载，由所在友城政府部门填写。
2. Identity Confirmation Letter. Please download the letter format from http://www.sculx.cn/download.asp, and have it completed by related government department of respective sister-city.
3、护照复印件。
3. Copy of passport.
4、已在四川大学就读的学生需提供《四川大学在读证明》。
4. The students who are currently studying at Sichuan University shall provide the Certificate of Schooling issued by the university.
